The Stamford And Spalding Search Club
are constantly looking for, and seeking
permission to detect in new areas.
Without the help and cooperation of
farmers and landowners the essence of our
club is lost. By gaining permission to hold
club rallies on your fields and pasture, our
members are abel to pursue their hobby
together.
Each member who attends club rallies pays a
£5.00 fee to the farmer or landowner.
This fee is collected by a committee member
and paid directly to you on the day of the rally,
or at your convenience. Alternatively any
monies raised can be paid to your favored
charity and a receipt obtained.
In advance of the proposed rally a committee
member will visit or call to finalize all of the rally details,
location of fields, date etc. In the event of any
find being subject to the treasure Act 1996,
a contract that is legally binding, will be signed,
safeguarding your rights and the rights of the
finder on a fifty fifty basis.
